Our Chef from Puglia, Italy, will craft fresh pasta before your eyes, finishing it inside a custom, hollowed wheel of imported Italian cheese. As the pasta swirls through the warmth of the wheel, the cheese melts into a silky, decadent sauce—layer upon layer of rich, unforgettable flavor.
